PARAMETER OPTIMIZATION AND EXPERIMENT OF SLIDER-HOLE-WHEEL SEED-METERING DEVICE BASED ON DISCRETE ELEMENT METHOD

چکیده

To improve the adaptability and precision of slider-hole-wheel seed-metering device to meet requirements sowing, single factor simulation experiments three factors levels orthogonal were carried out based on discrete element method. The rotation speed seeding shaft, shape hole, depth hole set as experiment factors. results showed that qualified rate was highest when shaft 30 r/min, oval, 9 mm. rate, replay miss-seeding 89.09 %, 3.64 7.27 %,respectively. hybrid rice seeds Zhongnong 2008, Chuangliangyou 4418, Gangyou 898 chosen materials for bench field performance tests verify reliability results. test seed in 85.07 85.20 82.13 82.27 80.53 %. with kinds could agronomic sowing rice. paper provided basis structure optimization improvement device.
